Ryan claimed that everyone is saying Simon was harsher this week than he usually is.  This isn't true of course but it's a rumor online that Simon & Ellen aren't getting along & she gets pissed when he's mean so he is amping it up to piss her off even more. 

Then they kept trying to do damage control & said the reason everyone sucked is nerves & so on.  Both Ellen & Randy gave excuses for them.

The Top 24 lipsynched for their lives in the group sing, ‘American Boy'.  Oh boy.  The cheese factor was at 11.

The girls were up first.  I won't drag it out like the show does.  Katie & Janell were in jeopardy.  Ryan asked Randy who would go & Randy pussed out & said it's too tough to call.  Janell was out.  She said she chose the wrong song.  She was hoping to stay cuz she wanted to play her guitar but she's grateful she got to be there w/ so much talent.  When asked if a guy or girl will win she said she is sticking w/ her girls.

Alison Iraheta sang some horrible fricking song.  Her outfit was a joke.  She had this big bow on her ass that made it look like she was on the side of the road & had a garbage bag sticking in the back.  & her Madonna Evita hand gestures were bizarre.  I am bummed when my husband is here cuz he won't let me FF through the crap cuz he gets off on laughing at it.  I just wanted to get this over w/ so I could write it up & head on to the better show, ‘Survivor'.

The other row of girls were up.  Ashley & Didi were in jeopardy.  Ellen also dodged the question on who should go & told them they should be proud they've made it this far & this is just another experience.  Ashley was out.  She thanked everyone for their support from Day 1.  I Lol'd when she sang the line "what if it hurts me" cuz her singing was hurting me.

They showed tape of Tyler in a bathrobe & ankle boots at rehearsal.  He thought he would have time to dress but they made him go out & rehearse like that.

It was down to Tim & Joe.  Kara took the total pussy way out & said these aren't the right 2.  Then who are honey?  Joe was out. 

The next segment was on the Idol pats itself on the back charity.  Kris Allen sang ‘Let it Be' & you can buy it on iTunes & the profits go to Haiti.

It was between Tyler & Alex.  Not surprisingly, Simon was the only one to answer the fricking question.  He said based on vocals, Tyler should go.  & he was right.  Tyler was out.  Tyler said he likes all the judges but whined that they didn't give him any constructive criticism in Hollywood Week & now it was too late.

Next week the Top 10 girls perform on Tues & the guys on Wed.
