Why didn't she tell Natalie about hiding in the bathroom & did she have any idea that people were sneaking into the Rat Hole?

MF: It sucks that you are out of the game so early but does it feel a little better that you exposed Ronnie to the house?
LAURA: Oh it totally does. It was amazing that I was able to do that before I left. Sink his ship since he sunk mine.
MF: Are you still happy with the sympathy vote even though it came from Natalie & she just did that to throw somebody else under the bus?
LAURA: You know I don't care. I was very vocal this week because everybody was really kind of like, lost cause. Jordan is staying & blah blah blah. & I didn't want it to be 9-0 just for my own dang pride. So I don't care who it came from. It sounded better to have 8-1 then 9-0. But I'm surprised that Natalie did that. I think that was, like you said, just to throw everybody off though.
MF: Cuz she's already in the house saying, who made that vote?
LAURA: She is?
MF: Yeah
LAURA: That's crazy.
MF: Did you think you had a shot to stay against Jordan or was it just pretty much a lost cause the entire time?
LAURA: No it was totally a lost cause. I don't know what all they showed because everybody has been saying that they didn't see me campaign but I did campaign a little bit at the beginning but seeing as everybody I pretty much talk to is, you know Jordan's your friend, are you going to throw her under the bus & I was not throwing her under the bus but I do want to stay. They know she really wants to stay but she [Jordan] is really naïve about the game. She doesn't know much. She's not even a target. She's really nice to everybody. She doesn't do well in competitions. So why, there would be absolutely no reason to get rid of her. You're a huge target [Laura]. You figured out Ronnie before anybody else did which proves I know more about the game than them. Why would we keep you along pretty much. Unfortunately once they put Jordan up I knew it was a lost cause.
MF: Why didn't you tell Natalie about when you were hiding in the bathroom to listen?
LAURA: I didn't tell Natalie because you know Chima, Kevin, a few other people were involved too & I didn't want them to, I didn't want them to be an issue. I wasn't worried about Ronnie. I was more worried about Natalie against Chima & them because they had a lot to do with that as well. I don't know. I just didn't think it was important. She knew what he lied about so that didn't even get brought up. I didn't even really think about it to be honest.
MF: Are you surprised, I'm sure somebody today has already told you, about Jessie going into the HoH room & talking with Ronnie &they were all still on the same page. So are you surprised to know that while Ronnie was hiding up in the Rat Hole that Jessie went up there & talked to him?
LAURA: I did not know that. You're the first person that's told me that. Jessie went up there?
MF: Jessie went up there while him & Natalie were playing chess so Natalie was watching everybody so Jessie could sneak in. OK. So here is something to blow your mind even more. I love when people aren't jury so I can tell you stuff.
LAURA: I know, yeah.
MF: Russell went in there as well on his own & everything Russell was doing to Ronnie was an act.
LAURA: Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh, this game is insane!
MF: There was a point he went up there & snuck him food & then there was a time he was going to have to get back out of the room & they were looking at the spy cam & people were out there so Ronnie went out onto the balcony to like cough or something so people would know he was there & Russell literally did an Ivette & crawled out of the room & then laid on the couch up there like he was sleeping.
LAURA: Oh my gosh. Because there were multiple times, I don't know if they showed it, that we were like, where's Russell? We looked everywhere for him & couldn't find him & eventually I saw his feet moving on that couch up there. So he was lying that whole time?
MF: I don't know if it was the whole time. I think initially Ronnie thought it was real. & then Russell eventually got his chance to go in there & talk to him & yeah, so they're on the same page. & then Natalie & Lydia snuck up there together too.
LAURA: I wonder if that's an act or if they're doing that to set themselves up in case this week didn't work. I'm assuming that's the case. If I were still in the game I would've done the same thing to be honest. Even if Ronnie was against me I would've gone up there & blown some smoke up his butt & said you know, I don't have anything against you. I would've never called him out if I didn't know for sure I was going home. I just wanted everyone to know he was a liar before I left. I'm hoping that's what they're doing. Jessie, Natalie, Lydia & Russell were just covering their own butts making sure they dotted all the I's & crossed all their T's so to speak because if the Backdoor Plan didn't work this week Ronnie could be HoH next week. So maybe they were just making sure just in case so they wouldn't be a target. Which is really really smart to be honest. I wish I would've done the same thing if I was still there but I'm hoping they're not really on his page. I'm hoping it's all for show.
MF: Jessie is looking at protecting himself.
LAURA: Good.
MF: & everybody else is his little minions & are going to fall in line with what Jessie wants. Speaking of Jessie. This is something I want to know. Since you're a fan of the show, I don't understand how all these girls, the way I call it, he's the new Cappy. They just worship Jessie. Even, I'm not understanding this dead loyalty to Jessie.
LAURA: You know what? I don't understand it all either. Since I'm such a big fan, I watched all of last season & I hate when people try to say the network portrayed me this way & the network portrayed me that way because that's BS. Because you know just as well as I do there are so many live feed fans out there, if you don't say it, they can't edit it. That's all I'm saying. That's the way I look at it. Jessie, when he walked through those doors I already had a negative opinion about him. I already disliked him from last year & these girls worship him. They love him. I don't know why at all. He's rude to a lot of them. He's very cocky. I don't know if they showed all the times he's come in there & done his stupid posing for us. They all sit in there & watch him shower. I mean they sit on that couch in the bathroom & watch him shower. Is that not insane? I'm like what? What is it about this guy? & everybody turned against me, I don't know all of what they showed of mine & Jessie's argument, but when I was up there he started yelling at me & I've had really bad experiences with men & I am really close to my Father so I have a really really bad opinion of men that speak downly to females. Maybe that's wrong of me, whatever, but he started being really rude & yelling at me & I was like, you need to watch the way you speak to me. Remember I'm a female & he was like blah blah blah & I was like Jessie I watch how you speak to me & he said get the eff out. I left & then the next night when they were all yelling at me again I was like Jessie, you need to stop talking to me like that. He started yelling at me again & I said, this was all I said, I said would your Mother appreciate it if she knew you were speaking to females the way you are? Just remember that because I am not a man & you're speaking to me like I'm one. I'm not yelling at you. & they all blew up. All his little minions & said oh don't bring his Mom into it & I was like I didn't. I did not say your mama did this, your mama did that. I asked if your Mother would approve of that. Because I would ask any of my guy friends, any guy I know, if they were yelling at a female, speaking to them the way Jessie was speaking to me, it's not even like yelling but it's talking down to me like I'm a nobody.
MF: I find it very demeaning the way he talks to people.
LAURA: I do too. I'm not a Jessie supporter at all. Which kind of put me in a bad position because everybody loves Jessie. The fact that I disliked him & I couldn't put it aside. I really really tried to put it aside. There are even a few times when I tried to stroke his ego. I don't think he's attractive & I tried to say that he was attractive. I tried everything I could to try to make sure, to get Jessie on my page but we're like oil & water. There was no way we were gonna mix & he's running the show right now. So I was kind of, in my opinion, destined to fail with this particular cast. If it was last year I would have walked through with flying colors. & that is just from outside looking in obviously. There was just no way. I couldn't worship the ground he walked on. I just can't do it.
MF: You're right. That was your downfall because Jessie had it in for you & they're gonna do what Jessie says.
LAURA: Exactly. & he turns everyone against me & that's what happens.
MF: It seemed early on, before the feeds come on & we don't get to see everything, but it just seemed from the little bit we saw to start with that you seemed to be more with that side as opposed to the other side & then it seemed you kind of flipped over to what I refer to as the Good Side or Good Guys.
LAURA: What happened was, I don't know what they showed but I kind of played the little wallflower card. I tried to be, fly under the radar at first & they didn't like that. Jessie approached me MINUTES, I mean probably 15 minutes before the Nomination Ceremony & said can I trust you, are you with me or against me, you're probably going to go up if you don't answer... & I said yeah, you can trust me. He didn't put me up & right afterwards he brought me up there & said him, Russell, Natalie & myself were going to be a 4-person alliance. We're going to stay together for awhile. & after that I tried to speak to Jessie in days to come & he ignored me. He walked off. I tried so hard to speak to him & it's like because I just wanted to talk to him & it's not like kiss his butt or worship the ground he walks on, he always walked away from me. I mean it was like Jessie never liked me. & I never liked him so it was really hard. I just didn't agree with the things they were doing. I felt like they were strongarming people. They were railroading people. I thought they were good competitors, why be, I wasn't going to be pushed around. & I wasn't going to lay down & die so the whole switching to the other side, it kind of came to my mind, they don't like me. They're lying to me. They may keep me for a few more weeks but they're gonna cut me off VERY quick. At the position I stood in that particular alliance they were going to cut me off as soon as they could. & they would have had the numbers to do so. So it was either try to stand up & fight against them or lay down & die in a few weeks anyways. So I felt like that was my only option. I really really thought about it. I didn't agree with what they were doing & as much as I love the game & would have loved to stay in longer I am really glad I made the move I did.
MF: Yeah I agree. Was it really difficult being stuck in the house with a bunch of really stupid people that don't know how to play the game?
LAURA: It really was, yeah. It was really difficult because there are a lot of people in that house that don't know the game at all. That is really difficult knowing so much about the game, I thought it would work to my benefit but it didn't. Because a lot of people that were on my side of the house either are playing stupid about the game, are playing naïve about the game or are naïve about the game. It's just people, like the whole Ronnie thing, people are worshipping him, people are worshipping Jessie & I don't, it's like playing Russian Roulette in there. It's just crazy. But yeah, it was really really difficult to be in there with people that didn't understand the game.
MF: If you could get your re-do, what would you do differently?
LAURA: If I could get my re-do, I would obviously have gotten HoH last week, tried harder. I buzzed in as fast as I could & just answered too quickly. Right afterwards I knew the right answer. & I would have voted the other way. I would have lied a little bit longer & made the other side of the house think I was still in good standing with them so I wouldn't have been such a quick target. At the time I thought it was my only option. Looking back I think that maybe I could have waited another week? Gotten past the Ronnie week & maybe I would have had a shot at HoH last night. I'm not sure but I think I played the best I could at the time. Hindsight's 20/20. But looking back everybody would obviously re-do things particularly when they are out week 2. I'm really glad I sunk Ronnie's ship before I went out the door.
MF: What is the worst part of being a Have Not?
LAURA: Oh my gosh. The food. I lost 10lbs on the slop. & I'm already really thin & last week when Jessie was HoH I weighed myself in the HoH room on the live eviction night & I weighed 126lbs. Last night when I weighed myself I was 115lbs with clothes & heels on. So the Slop was really really bad. The cold showers were terrible too because it's cold in that house & it was really bad. & the bed. You can't sleep on it. You have to sleep straight on your back & I was putting my hair down my back & pulling up my hoodie to try & make the pillow more comfortable. So the worst was the food but the bed & shower were right there behind it.
MF: Did you & Jordan ever consider just eating & getting penalty nominations since you were both on the block anyway?
LAURA: We did. I thought they would have shown that. There was a night, I think it was Wednesday night, I was like Jordan, I have a plan. & she was like, what is it. & I was like, we're both on the block, we're both Have Not, Why don't we just eat a pizza, we'll prolong the slop thing. We'll have a night without slop & both take a penalty vote, who cares? But they told us not to. We got the pizza out of the freezer, turned on the oven & had it pre-heated. We were ready to go but they told us no so we didn't do it.
MF: Oh, speaking of pizza, did you eat the pizza you took with you out of the house?
LAURA: I ate it. I ate both pieces right after my interview with Julie. I went back & ate 2 pieces of pizza & walked back out & did my Early Show interview. I ate them & it was amazing.
MF: How did being on the show live up to your expectations of it since you're a fan?
LAURA: It lived up to every expectation I had. It's just as fun to be in there as it looks on TV. I didn't know it was going to be as monotonous as it was. & it's a lot harder than I thought it was. & I knew it was going to be difficult but I didn't know that it was going to be quite as difficult as it is. I mean, it's the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. It's totally worth it. It's totally fun. I would recommend to any Big Brother fan to go for it. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity. Just being in that house was all worth it to me. You know last night in my speech & said so & I don't know if people thought I was just BSing but even getting to walk through those doors, even if it was just for a tour would be worth it to me because that's how big of a Big Brother fan I am. It sucks to be out on Week 2 but it's still an amazing opportunity.
MF: I am personally a catty bitch. So this is a question from me on that. Since you knew that you were 99% going to be leaving, why did you clean the house on Thursday while the other idiots sat around doing nothing? You're going. You should be the one to sit around & chill. Make them clean.
LAURA: I know. I'd say I didn't clean anything. The entire time I'd been there I didn't clean much at all. The only thing I did cleaned yesterday was the counters & that was just kind of like they were disgusting & I was about to eat so I cleaned it. It was not even for the live show. That was just personal, I'm really weird about messy kitchens. The entire time I was there the first few days I did dishes maybe once. I'm one of those people, rinse it & stack it. Don't leave your damn dishes stacked up in the sink. I hate that. It's disgusting. People in the house do that. I never cleaned the bathroom the whole time I was there. I'm not touching, I'm not cleaning up after 13 people. It's just not going to happen. So I cleaned the counters ONLY because I was about to eat & I couldn't look at it anymore. That's all I did.
MF: Good. If you were jury, & Ronnie was able to make it to the end, would you say that was just playing the game & be able to say he got me & still vote for him or did he go beyond game to you?
LAURA: No, I think he went beyond game with me. I think he was really really malicious towards me personally but I've always said if I ever got the opportunity to play this game I would play 100% strategically & not personally so if I was on the jury I would vote for the person that played the best game & if that was Ronnie then he would have unfortunately gotten my vote.
MF: Who do you think, with the way the house is playing out now, who has the best chance to make it to the end?
LAURA: I don't like answering this question obviously because who it's looking at is probably Natalie, Jessie & MAYBE Jeff, just because he's kind of sitting pretty right now. But I'm thinking Natalie & Jessie unfortunately.
MF: Who would you LIKE to be at the end?
LAURA: I would like to see Michele & Jeff. I really like Michele & think she's playing a good game. I think she's really smart. So I would like to see them 2. I like Natalie personally but you know she was not on my particular side so to speak but I wouldn't really mind seeing her. I wouldn't want to see Jessie. That's the only person I would not like to see in the Final 2. Obviously not Ronnie either but I am pretty sure he will be cut off soon.
MF: Let's hope.
LAURA: Hopefully.
MF: Who is your favorite BB player from all the seasons?
LAURA: Ooh, of all time? I really really like Dick & Daniele. I know they're 2 different people but I loved the way they played the game.
MF: Me too.
LAURA: Probably Daniele & then right behind her, Dick. I really really liked the both of them.
MF: What's next for you? Where do you see your life going?
LAURA: I'm just going to go back to Atlanta & see where life takes me. I'm just going to continue on what I'm doing. Hopefully this opens up a few more smaller type opportunities in what I'm already doing in Atlanta & we'll see where it takes me. I can't wait to be back here for the Finale & would love to do more with Big Brother. Like I said, I'm a huge fan. I'm looking forward to even getting home & seeing all my friends & family.
MF: That's all the questions I have. I just want to say, me being a big fan I have the feeds, I type the feeds all day, you were a pleasure to watch.
LAURA: Aw, thank you so much.
MF: I feel so bad for you that you got stuck with this bunch of people so you didn't really have a chance.
LAURA: I know, me too. Thank you so much. I really appreciate that.
MF: Hope to see you soon on something.
LAURA: I know. I hope so too & you have a good weekend.
