Why does he think he was voted off instead of Jonathon?

After the clip package Julie asked Brad if Nate just called him "Slim Shady".  Brad said he did.  Julie asked if he had any right to call him that?  Brad said no, he doesn't think so.  He played a fair game from the minute he stepped on that island.    Julie asked if he spoke the truth too much & that is what got him booted off cuz it was almost like we were reading his mind cuz he said "it's every man for himself".  Brad said he tells it like it is & doesn't like to candycoat anything, unlike a lot of people on the tribe.  He played a fair game & tried to tell the truth from the get-go.

Julie asked if he was surprised they voted him off & he said yeah he was totally shocked.  After the mutiny he thought for sure Jonathon was the next person voted off.  Julie said Jonathon doesn't seem to be very liked by either end.  Brad said no he doesn't but truth be told he is a likable person off the island.  But on the island he is the one that should have been "Slim Shady".  [Umm, he's not slim.  LoL]

Julie asked if they took it like a compliment that they voted him off cuz he's a threat.  Brad said yeah, Nate put it clear when he was talking to Adam in the tent that to the fact that after the merge that he would have gotten back together w/ his original Puka Tribe, Yul & Becky, so he & Adam thought he would be a threat after the merge.

Was he totally shocked about the Mutiny?  Totally.  He didn't know what was going on & it was something he hadn't seen before & was totally shocked & even more shocked that Jonathon & Candice step off the mat.  That took a lot of guts cuz now you have 4 or 5 people vying against you.  Did he consider it?  Brad said it crossed his mind for a fraction of a second cuz he had a really tight alliance w/ Yul & Becky from Day 2.  Some strong alliances were formed off the bat for him.  Julie said but he chose not to at the last second because...  Brad said cuz the entire Raro tribe would have out for him at the end of the day & he had to look at long term.

Julie said when you are playing this game & looking at constant strategizing like Probst only gave them 10 seconds to make up their minds.  Brad said it is constant strategizing but he thinks for the most part for him he wanted to challenge himself & it was definitely a humbling experience.  After everything was said & done he made a ton of great friends. 

The secret scene was Brad saying he likes Jonathon & he made himself useful as Jonathon climbs a tree top get coconuts.  Brad said he is a good guy & contributes a lot but unfortunately it comes too late in the game so he will be voted off. 

Julie asked if he tried to get people to vote Jonathon off.  Brad said he thought everyone was going to.  Nate said 2 or 3 times that Jonathon's head was on the chopping block & he couldn't be trusted.  Brad knew Adam didn't really get along w/ Jonathon.

Julie said he is the first member of the jury & was totally caught off by that.  Brad said yeah, he is stoked to be a member of the jury.  It usually doesn't happen this early in the game & it was a complete shock & it's good cuz you will get to see him throughout the season at Tribal Council.

Julie said when he is in his real life he works in the fashion industry & what is more cutthroat?  That or Survivor?  Brad said the fashion industry, it's sink or swim.  Julie said he is kidding.  Brad said no, he works for Lucky Brand Jeans as director of Men's Merchandising & it is a fantastic company to work for but when you are dealing w/, it's all about juggling & babysitting people's personalities especially when it comes to people on the island or designers.
