OK.  I am going to cut a lot of crap out of this summary.  Any girl that didn't make it into the house there is no reason to talk about them cuz they are gone.  The first hour we got to know the finalists a little bit.  Miss J met them at the airport & they had a photo shoot of 10 poses right there.  Then they went to the Belagio Hotel & met the Aswirl Twins & Tyra before moving on to the interview portion.  We don't have any plus size models this time but we do have a set of twins.  Michelle & Amanda are also 6' tall.

CariDee came in wearing a garter & Miss J took it off w/ his teeth.  Anchal is an Indian & was wearing blue contacts.  Tyra made it into this big culture thing that she doesn't think she is as pretty cuz of dark eyes.  Megg is extremely annoying & claims to be a metal chick.  I am too but you don't have to scream & act like that.  Jaeda is really stuck up & said she was the "hot girl" of her school.  Monique is the one to hate this season.  She whined about deserving it more than anyone for being picked on her whole life for being darker skinned than her sisters.  & she is a total snatch.  More on that later.

Eugena is really opinionated & doesn't shy away from expressing them.  She said last cycle's cast was boring & thinks the twins & Megg are boring this time.  Tyra doesn't think she is very likable.  Brooke was kind of sweet & sang a lame rap song she wrote. 

Megan is the one that really got to me.  If Monique really wants to hear a story that makes someone more deserving in life, it's Megan's.  When she was 9 her family was in a plane crash.  Her Mother died on top of her from hypothermia & that is probably what kept her warm & alive.  AJ also more deserving as she had cervical cancer.  Melissa Rose goes by Melrose & she said she can be nice or a bitch.  She said she knows designers so they tested her on her knowledge & she passed.

They found out which 21 made it through that round by running into a salon & opening the 21 Tyra magazines to find their photo.  After that they had 15 minutes to get ready for a photo shoot using the wigs & makeup to fix themselves up.  They go on the roof & find out they will have to pose nude.  2 girls break down & refuse to do it but eventually do.  One only posed for 2 shots before stopping it.  Needless to say neither girl makes it through this round.

Tyra gave photos to Melrose - Jaeda - Michelle - Eugena - Brooke - Anchal - AJ - Christian - Megg - Megan - CariDee - Amanda & Monique.

The next task had the designers from elmer ave show their designs on guys walking down the catwalk.  The girls then had to strip down one guy & put on their outfit & make it work for a chick.  Most girls seemed to pick on the guys' looks while Melrose concentrated on which outfit works best for her.  The girls walk the catwalk & then Melrose was named the winner & will find out her prize later.

They head to the mansion in the new ANTM stretch Escalade.  They get the key to the house in a Tyra Mail, which is a magazine & the mail is that annoying postcard to subscribe to the magazine that always falls out.

The girls run around the house all excited.  I cracked up when Brooke went in the confessional & faked a phone call.  Ah, I miss Chill Town already.  There are 13 girls but only 11 beds.  Monique & Christian missed out but that didn't stop Mo.  She took Eugenia's stuff off her bed & then dumped water on the bedspread & told people she peed on it & then laid on it to take ownership.  Yep.  Definitely the girl to hate this season.  Eugenia did nothing about it & just moved to the bean bag chair.

Melrose became the annoying Mom of the house.  She started cooking & said others would have to clean up her mess.  No.  Sorry.  Yeah I know it is nice to clean up after someone cooks for you but not when you just start cooking when no one asked & then are just a bitch about it & tell people what they are going to do.  You make the mess, clean it up.  After only 2 days the house is a wreck & Melrose tries to boss people into cleaning it.  Then they have a house meeting to discuss some ground rules like people taking too long in the shower.  Again Monique's true colors are out as she says she takes a long shower & will not change for them.

Tyra is at the photo shoot & she is such a bad overactor.  She was showing them a supermodel diva.  She leaves & Jay shows up & tells them this will be the most controversial shoot ever.  They have to pose as model stereotypes.  Oh no you di in't!  How is that controversial?  I mean I get the concept but controversy?  Not so much.  So they were:

Monique - Hit Assistant w/ Cellphone

Melrose also got her prize.  A personal assistant for the day & a massage.  She was then late to her shoot cuz they massaged her when she had her makeup on & it messed it up & had to be redone.  I am not saying the girl is a saint but I understood her excuse but Jay was livid.  Then Jay accused her of bad acting over & over so after her shots she ran & hid to cry.

At Panel Tyra gave the photos in this order:

Michelle - CariDee - AJ - Megan - Anchal - Megg - Monique - Amanda - Jaeda - Eugena - Brooke. 

So it's down to Christian & Melrose.  Tyra said Christian didn't look like a model & something is not popping through & 2 judges even said she was boring.  She couldn't believe that Melrose was given the best stereotype & that was all she delivered & she doesn't like her attitude on the set & is not acceptable.

But Melrose gets another shot & CHRISTIAN was cut.  She sobbed & thought she wanted it more than anyone else.

Next week they get their makeovers & Monique now moves to hogging the phone & gets into an argument w/ someone over it.
