Ambreal wanted to prove she was meant to still be in the competition. Next was a segment on Sarah's weight and the struggle to identify with the right body type. How would she keep the “plus size” image as she lost weight? Oh my gosh peeps – the girl is a size 7 instead of a 2 and that makes her plus size? There should be more curvaceous models in the industry that don't necessarily need to be marketed as plus size. Later in the show she was tormented as the really skinny girls weighed in and complained about gaining a pound or being at their top weight ever in life. Chantal was all up on herself and thought she had it all what the others lacked. Yeah, uh huh. Bianca got on Heather's case about not doing anything special in her photos and was tired of everyone protecting her. She wanted to play devil's advocate and keep her eyes on the prize because after all this was a competition!

The girls got a private, dance studio lesson about how to model in front of a moving camera with charm and sex appeal. They all got flesh colored leotards, tights and special 4+ inch chunk heel dance shoes. As they practiced sliding down the mirror, they learned how to be really sexy and rely on their leg muscles as they went back up. Additionally, they crawled on the floor and awkward Heather could do no wrong in Tyra's eyes.

The girls were part of a goth-like music video shoot with Enrique Iglesias and wore very skimpy S&M styled outfits (in my humble opinion). It was extremely uncomfortable for Sarah due to lack of clothes and later we saw Heather curled up on the floor. Director Jessy Terrero chose Lisa as the main girl because of her look and Heather as the other “main” feature in the video. It was very hot and intense, and Heather had not eaten since breakfast. She passed out for a brief moment and needed oxygen. They got her outside to breath fresh air, fed her some food and gave her water. She came through alright and of course Bianca commented how she didn't feel Heather would make it in the REAL world of modeling because she'd probably have a nervous breakdown. Chantal felt good about the video and wasn't nervous at all for the judging ceremony, whereas Ambreal was QUITE nervous about the upcoming meeting...

Lisa was the star, nailed it and Tyra loved her leg. Ambreal slid down the pole and was sexy, but was a hoochie with her tongue sticking out. She connected with the camera and danced great. Saleisha was good and Sarah seemed embarrassed, but the camera loved her any way. Heather was picked to be the other featured girl and did a piercing job. Jenah smiled a bit and had bright eyes which didn't work well for this type of video. Chantal held back her abilities and was not effective in attracting Enrique from across the room. Bianca had cool confidence, but needed to be more smooth. The girls were judged by Tyra, Nigel Barker, Miss J. Alexander, Twiggy and Jessy Terrero. The camera loved Lisa and she popped on the screen (good). Ambreal had no magic and was intimidated. Jenah was beautiful, but didn't get it on camera. Heather was a little off, but stepped up and was considered to be coachable. Saleisha's main comment was about her beautiful face. Sarah was discussed as taking consistently good photos, but had no improvement. Her body type has transformed which stepped her out of the plus size arena. Chantal was stiff, flat and nervous. Bianca could have been more fluid, but had a cool bad confidence.

Based on the negative and positive comments by the judges, here's my “basic” grouping of who performed well and poorly. WELL: Lisa, Heather, Saleisha and Bianca. POOR: Ambreal, Jenah, Sarah and Chantal. Tyra gave photos to Lisa, Heather, Saleisha, Bianca, Ambreal, Jenah and Chantal. Sarah was cut because her placement in the industry was confusing to the judges. Tyra mentioned she had been very good, not at the top and was kind of coasting in the competition at this point. She had lost weight which made her too small to model plus size fashions and her size was not skinny-skinny-skinny like other models. In my opinion, Sarah was the most emotional girl to leave the competition this cycle.
