Who made it to Final 4?

It's Day 27 of 30 in the Southern Yukon. Eli is the current leader. They have to hike through a small desert & it's very hot. For Group Reward they will get electricity for the night. That includes & TV & VCR. It is a beacon search. They have one receiver & have to find 14 buried beacons & get back to the flag in 45 minutes. They find all the beacons & have one minute to get to the flag. Kelly & Allen don't make it so they fail the mission by 15 seconds. Kelly is upset that people tell her she almost made it & act like she is the one that cost them when Allen also didn't make it.
They drive to camp. Eli doesn't know who he will remove. Kelly thinks Matt has it all & steph thinks Matt deserves to win. Eli said there is a personality difference between him & Matt. We see shots of Matt & Steph fooling around so are led to believe it has to do with Matt doing a married woman.
Day 28 of 30. Melanie tells them to paddle the canoe down the Yukon & meet Troy. While in the canoe Eli asks them to tell him what they think the game is about & why they deserve to be there. This pissed Kelly off cuz she doesn't think she should have to defend herself. Steph thinks Eli will remove a girl but doesn't know which one. Eli knows if he removes Steph she will think it was a male decision. Kelly regrets removing Ina & thinks if she hadn't the girls would have a better shot of winning.
Troy tells Eli he can do the Removal any way he likes. He meets up with the group & has them sit in a circle. He talks about what the game means to him; truth & strength of character. He said his deciion is based on a personal difference & people may not understand his reasons & he won't go into it. He said this is hard cuz Matt is so positive for the group. Steph butts in & said she thinks she would walk based on contribution. Eli asked Kelly what she thinks & she said it's not her decision. Eli said his decision stands then & removes Matt. Eli knows people will think he did that for strategic reasons but really it puts him more at risk. (OK. I don't get this at all. I can totally understand not wanting to witness an affair & be against cheating on a marriage. I get that. But Matt isn't the one in a committed relationship. Steph is. She is the one betraying her vows. Now I am not for someone willingly doing a married person but don't get why you punish Matt & not the cheater. If you're going to punish anyone at all, it should be her. Now, if he is doing it for strategic reasons seeing as everyone thinks Matt should win, that I understand. I, personally, would have taken out the cheater over the player. But that's me.) Eli said his decision was based on morals & values that he was raised with. Steph cried & thinks it's unfair. Matt dove off the cliff.
The reward for Individual Reward is they can choose any previous reward. They decide on a water purifier. There is no time limit on this one. There is a rope going from one cliff to another over the river. There are 4 flags in the middle. They have to go across & retrieve all 4 flags in order. They each get only 1 chance when they get to the last person they must get any flags missed. There are no harnesses or safety equipment. Kelly goes first & falls almost immediately in the water. Troy picks her up in a boat. Steph is next. She gets farther than Kelly but not much before falling. Eli gets 1 flag & falls. Allen goes quickly & gets one but falls on the way to the second. They Fail.
They fly 300 miles north & make camp. Steph thinks Matt should have won. Eli knows he looks like a bad guy but did what was right in his heart. Steph doesn't look at him as a bad guy.
Day 29 of 30. Troy & Melanie come for the Final Ranking. They are all eligible to be the leader. Their cummulative scores count this time. (I really would love for someone to explain the Ranking to me. Cummulative scores have always counted. I am just so lost when it comes to this. Past Rankings have been totally opposite than what the people put down so I am so confused.)
Allen put Eli first then Kelly & Steph last.
Kelly put Steph first, then Allen & Eli last.
Steph put Kelly first, then Allen & Eli last.
We do not see Eli's ranking.
Troy tells them it is a 2-way tie between the girls. So now the guys must rank again. We see clips of how Matt consistently put Eli near the bottom the whole game. It is a tie again so the group must decide next leader. Kelly said she has already been leader twice so Steph should lead. She said in true spirit Steph should get an equal opportunity. Allen & Eli agree so Steph is the next leader. Steph is not happy about this & asked if they couldn't share the responsibilities. Kelly said they do that already but Steph will have to Remove someone. Allen thinks Steph will remove Eli over him cuz of Matt.
Next week is the Finale. They no longer work as a team but as individuals. We see a helipcopter & a competition that involves answering questions & getting a flag if right.A winner crosses the finish line.
