Who was removed?

Stephanie was the leader. For the Group Reward she had to chose 3 people to rapel down a mountain. There would be 2 flags for each person that they would have to retrieve by swinging back & forth. She chose Kirsten, Allen & Matt. John was upset cuz he wanted to do it cuz he's never done anything like that before. They were able to complete it so they all won sleeping bags.

Stephanie told a lot of people that she was going to remove John cuz as they hiked on the glacier he needed help. But she chose the 3 remaining girls as the ones to pull aside when it was time to remove someone. She ended up removing Kirsten. She said she had no reason for it other than the group told her Kirsten should go. (I think it may have something to do with Stephanie not wanting to share Matt with her any longer.) Kirsten thinks Ina is the one who had Stephanie remove her.

For the individual reward they have 10 minutes to pack up their camp. They are not able to do it so they don't get 2 flashlights & hot cinnamon buns.

At the ranking, Ina said she told the guys not to name her leader cuz she wouldn't be able to remove one of the girls. Kelly would like Ina to be the leader. Eli would like to see John as leader. John is afraid he will be removed if Allen is the leader. But in the end, Matt is named the next leader. He is the first one to get it twice.
