The roomies have to get the salon ready for the opening. Svetlana says she doesn’t like the colors & of course little ***** Tyler has to attack her & tells her to get back to work. Meanwhile, he isn’t working either & spending his time bitching at her. Svetlana said she only said she would be in charge of finances cuz she wants to be Manager. Her parents own a pharmacy & she manages it. Tyler of course doesn’t want her to have anything she wants & says it is cuz she is the youngest & immature. Zach says he would like to be the manager too & Tyler thinks he will be too easygoing.

Zach tells Svetlana that he wants to be Manager & she acts like a baby & says he can’t be. She doesn’t think he has even had a job before so how can he be a Manager. She said he doesn’t have a backbone & she doesn’t respect him cuz he doesn’t speak his mind. Zach told us she made him feel worthless & can’t believe she would talk to him like that when he is the one who was there for her. He questions their friendship now. Svetlana said is he is Manager she won’t talk to him & wants to go home if she isn’t Manager. I think she also said she will take her ball & go home too, I’m not sure.

Ugh. A segment on Tyler. I can’t stand this fricking guy. So this handjob wants to be kept busy so he has joined a swimteam. He calls his Dad to tell him cuz he is desperate for his love since Daddy likes hockey & his brother plays hockey so Daddy loves him more.

John decides they should roll the carpet for the salon out onto the street to cut it to fit & they caused a traffic jam. Some bikers didn’t take too kindly to it so they just drove over the rug. So funny! Svetlana whines to Paula about wanting to be Manager while Zach is working the guys. The boss gives them 2 cellphones to use for work & you just know they will be a problem sometime in the season.

Tyler whines to Jose about his life & Jose tells us no one invests time in getting to know Tyler. With good reason. The guy is an asshat. Tyler said he has “earned his pretension” cuz he grew up in Fargo & worked his way into a good college. Give me a friggin break. I got tons of family in Fargo. It ain’t that bad. Yeah be proud of going to college but that doesn’t earn you anything. What an idiot. Then we have to hear more about him wanting to be in a triathalon but woe is me, he doesn’t have a bike for that part so just does the swimming & running. He bragged later that he easily won the swimming part.

Their boss Ricky comes to dinner. Svetlana cooks a big meal with some help from Paula. John announces that the majority has chosen Zach to be their leader. Jose tells us Svetlana has more experience than any of them & Zach doesn’t have any but he gets along with everyone. Tyler said everyone has elected Zach behind Svetlana’s back. They vote & everyone does vote Zach in as Manager.

Ricky now wants an Assistant Manager. Svetlana would be the obvious choice but since Tyler & his Hags don’t like her, he suggests Jose would be better. & they all vote that way so Jose gets it. Zach tells us he feels bad for Svetlana.

After cleaning up after dinner, Svetlana calls her boyfriend & tells him what happened. She tells us she is embarrassed that she cried over it & her childish behavior. She says she is in charge of finance & can’t even add. Sorry, but I am petty too & would do just what she did. She wants the roommates now to see what they did & all the plans of things she was going to do as Manager, she hands it over to the elected bosses for them to do. Of course they all think she is being childish & petty & that they are the bigger people. NOT! You don’t want her to have the power than she sure as shit shouldn’t do the work.
