Svetlana pouts cuz she wants her boyfriend to decide if they should stay together or break up. After John digs a little deeper he finds out there is something more to Svetlana's insecurities.

This episode revolved around Svetlana & her relationship with her boyfriend, Martin. She complains about him to her roommates. Jose thinks she is very needy. Tyler asked Svetlana if she likes Barbra Steisand or her movies & Svet said she liked ‘Nuts’. Tyler laughed at her & then he & John toasted to her “soon to be ex-boyfriend”. Svetlana knows John wants to f*ck her.

Paula thinks it is very disrespectful the way the guys talk about Martin & thinks Svetlana wouldn’t like it if Martin’s friends talked about her like that. Svetlana says she doesn’t feel protected by Martin.

Zach goes to a bar & picks up a girl, Crystal. He says he is intrigued by her. He invites her to go fishing at his house with some of her friends. Svetlana acts like a baby & says she doesn’t want them in her house. When she meets Crystal she thinks she is cute & nice & says she just gets overprotective of people.

Svetlana talks to Martin on the phone & all they do is fight. He thinks the separation will be good for their relationship & determine if they stay together or break up. She doesn’t like that his friends talk trash about her & says she won’t be around them anymore. This sets Martin off & he screams at her.

Tyler tells Svetlana that she should try being single for once. He said her co-dependant relationship is irritating him & he doesn’t even care. She said everything irritates him. Like the hair on her arm irritates him. Svetlana just wants Martin to make a decision. I think this girl needs to get some balls & dump this guy cuz it is obvious she doesn’t really care about him & it is just a routine for her.

They go to a bar & Svetlana dances on top of it. When they are going home she & John flirt. She says he only thinks she is hot when he is drunk. John tells us there is a mutual attraction. At the house she tells him she fell in love with Martin after 2 weeks by making him into something he wasn’t. Then she goes into some hypotheticals & asking what he would do if his girlfriend told him her ex-boyfriend raped her & what would he do if that ex came up & talked to him. She was fishing cuz she wanted him to say he would beat the shite out of him. John said he would probably walk away. Wrong answer. From this he finds out she was raped by her first boyfriend & now wants to be protected. A guy slapped her once & her boyfriend did nothing. I guess she would like my husband then. When we were in High School a guy cornered me in the greenhouse & made a pass at me. Then he wouldn’t let me get back into the classroom & slapped me across the face. When my husband [then boyfriend obviously] found out about it he went up to the guy in the hall & asked if he liked hitting girls & then beat the shite out of him. Got suspended too. & I didn’t even get to see it. Oh well. Back to the show.

John told her just cuz Martin didn’t do anything doesn’t mean he doesn’t care. Svetlana said it changed her completely & is insecure now. John told her she is an awesome girl & he is glad she is there. Then he joked that he thought Paula was the biggest headcase there. He tells us he sometimes thinks of “Fitz” [his nickname for Paula] as a little sister & feels for her & will give her support.

Svetlana talks to Martin again & tells him she doesn’t miss him & he told her to start. They ended the call telling each other they loved each other.

Next week Tyler wants to be challenged so does a triathalon. The roomies are told they need a manager for the store & Svetlana pitches a fit saying it should be her or she will go home. I wonder if she will hold her breath too?
