I thought I saw the worst of Reality...then I saw "Chaotic"

Good GOD. Did I think it could get any worse than "Chasing Farrah"?? Any more boring than "Meet the Barkers" or "I Married A Princess"?? Well, if I did, I was totally wrong. Britney Spears behind the camera takes the cake. What a waste of UPN space. I even tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, thinking, well, I don't really dig her singing much so maybe my apathy is spilling over to her show. Then I asked about 3 twelve year olds (maybe that's the demographic for the show?) and even they thought it was "gross"... Oh, there IS hope for our youth people!!

First of all, we must give praise to the editors of all reality shows out there. Without some sort of story-board or at least a "theme" shows like this get lost. Nik's working his butt off in the house? Cut to Jessica laying in the pool. The music is also very important. Ozzie's dottering by the pool? Put on some funny old song. Britney's show has none of the above so it comes off as some sort of middle school project that may earn a D if she's lucky.

I can't say enough about the lack of anything fun, funny or remotely interesting in this show. Britney asks her hair braiding guy what he thinks of marriage. Then she, giggle, asks the poor plummer guy fixing a leak in the bathroom. Then, she decides to train her camera at herself in the mirror. Uh, ok. Whatever. I have no idea who green-lighted this thing but may they fry in the eternal lard of re-run hell.

Enough. Please. It was great when the Osbournes started it all and Nik and Jessica perfected the whole art. Now? It's just a sad bunch of imitations that really don't amount to anything but airspace filler. I actually think I would make for a better show than this. Even if you just watch me sit at the computer and type. Really. No foolin'...
