The Apprentice: 5/19: Apprentice Finale: LIVE from NY---It's all things TRUMP!

First of all, I thought the 3 hour finale last season was way too long. This year? Why BOTHER?! Commercials, some gab..more commercials and Trump pumping up all his stuff until I was wondering why they didn't have Trump Ice water bottles infront of them! I realize this show is one big commercial in itself, but it was never so evident as it was last night. Wow.

Secondly, I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to my friend Toonces, who WON the Yahoo! Apprentice Fantasy Game. She came in #1 out of thousands of participants. I personally think she should get a check for some moolah (or at least a meeting with Trump) but I don't think she gets anything. Hence the congrats here.

The show was so lame, I'm not even really going to go into much of it. Tana was a complete weenie with the "I MADE IT ROUND! I MADE IT ROUND! IT WAS MY IDEA!!" that you could hear the collective gagging going on. Honey, you went to BED while Kendra finished the ENTIRE THING. So, BFD if you thought it should be round. Geesh. Kendra had a great quip about crying ( "football players cry") that even shut The Donald up. I think that was the only thing that he could find wrong with her. That and not "stepping" up until later. What? She waited a bit and still got more wins than Tana. Whatever.

The funniest moment came when Trump mixed up Erin and Kristin. Heh. Loved it. Kristin even dyed her hair for the show, probably so that wouldn't happen. No one really made huge yea's or nay's in either direction. I guess Tana's apology for calling her team idiots went over well.

The tasks that were announced for the GALS were totally GIRLIE: run the Miss USA pagent (Tana's pic, that Mary Kay stuff would have come in handy) or redecorate..er, I mean renovate a mansion in Palm Springs. Now, could you see him offering those to say, Kelly? I think not. Come on. Kendra picked the Mansion task--and doesn't even have to move.

In the end, (about 3 minutes left) Donald picks Kendra and everyone hugs and kisses and yada, yada. Trump reminds everyone the NEXT installment of the Apprentice is coming in the fall. Also (get this) there's a BROADWAY MUSICAL in the works. OMG, please. A singing Donald...a dancing George. Good Lord. Oh, and watch his friend "Martha's" show as well. I think there was a commercial at that point for "So You Want To Be A Hilton"--where Paris' mother makes you over into a HIlton.

I really, really need a break from these shows.
