Did she quit for Stephenie?

Janu said she has no regrets. That was the best move for her spiritually & for the game. She decided to quit before going to Tribal Council. Being alone on the island sort of took her there.

She said being alone was amazing & good for her & for the others. She said who wants to be w/ someone who sits in the hammock all day & does nothing? She said it was a great epiphany.

Janu said she did not quit to save Stephenie. Steph is a fierce competitor & Koror had agreed that no matter who came over from Ulong they would go & then they didn’t take out Steph. They all liked Steph, she always smiled at them at challenges. But then they took Coby out instead. That shocked her & she couldn’t take it anymore. So she through a wrench into their game. They were going to use her as a pawn & she isn’t anyone’s pawn.

She will never forget Steph’s words at Tribal Council. Steph got emotional, which she said is fine, but Janu thought it had nothing to do w/ her quitting. She respected that Steph wanted to be there & thought Steph should respect her game as well.

Janu said Katie is a unique individual. Janu is her own person & she is different from Katie. She thinks that Katie didn’t like that Janu was always sick & Katie always had something humorous to say in her answers & interviews.

When asked what was tougher. The elements or the people? Janu said both. She had to deal w/ the rats & her stomach everyday. Then there were the people & they all had different personalities. She got close to Coby. When asked what is tougher. Being a showgirl in Vegas for 9 years or ‘Sruvivor’ she said being a showgirl is easier.

Janu had to stick around to take some caller’s questions. First one said she is beautiful & said he liked the drama she gave standing up to Katie. Does she think the tribe will be more scandalous to Steph now? Janu said she threw them for a loop & they will have to deal w/ her power play. She can’t talk more about it since she is a juror.

Next caller said it was obvious she couldn’t handle it physically & mentally early on & she finds it hard to believe she decided to quit at Tribal Council. She wants to know when did she get that moment of clarity & how does it feel to be the 2nd member of the Survivor Quitter’s Club? Janu said she got her clarity on the island by herself. & she thinks it is a great club to be a part of if you learned something from the game.

The next caller said she saw the first time last night that Gregg’s claws came out as he said he would keep Janu cuz she fit into his plan. The caller kind of rambled & never really asked a question so Harry said that Gregg has flown under the radar till now. Janu said they used her as a pawn & they needed her.

The last caller asked why she didn’t form an alliance w/ someone after her fight w/ Katie? Janu said alliances were already made & she was alone especially since Coby was gone.
