Jesse removes someone & it's not who most want gone. A girl is finally team leader.
No Boundaries – Episode 3

It’s Day 5 of 30. Jesse is the leader. They have to canoe to their next location. Jesse is given a map. Ina is told to instruct people on how to paddle. Everyone knows Ina knows what she’s talking about & has no problem listening to her. Todd steps in at one point to give direction as well but Ina told him to hold off. They get into 2 canoes & paddle to the next destination. *Jesse said Todd came up to him & asked about an alliance & he agreed. They get to a mindsweeper ship that uses a winch to raise their canoes up & they can board the ship. They are taken to where they will have the group reward. They have to get back into the 2 boats & have to go 2 different ways around an island & look for a total of 6 flags, 3 for each team, and get to the ship again in 90 minutes. If both boats don’t make it there in time they will have to paddle the 7 miles to their next stop. They have a GPS to mark the coordinates of the flags. Jesse picks the 3 who help him with the coordinates & it’s all guys, which pisses off the chicks. The men decide how they should divide the boats. They decide to have one strong boat (Ina) & one weak one (Jill). The stronger boat has the longer route.
Ina’s canoe does fine. Jill’s canoe has a tough time. John gets off the boat at one time to look for a flag on shore, he goes completely the wrong way & can’t see the people telling him where to go cuz he didn’t have his glasses. He caused them a lot of time. In the end, Ina’s boat makes it with 30 seconds to spare while Jill’s boat is at least 10 minutes late. They decide to just camp for the night there rather than paddle the 7 miles in the dark. Jesse said he would take the blame but John said it’s on his shoulders. John cried over his mistake. *Rosie said she needs a one way ticket off the island.
They have to sleep with bug nets on their heads cuz it’s so bad on the island. It is also very rocky. The next morning, *Ina said they are all nervous about the removal cuz they think this leader is a scheming one. *Todd thinks either Rosie or Kirsten should be removed. *Kirsten said she & Rosie have an alliance with Jesse so they stuck to their part by voting him high in the ranking so they hope he sticks to his end of the bargain. *Jesse knows the girls have his back & will help him in rankings but thinks he may anger the group if he doesn’t put one of them out.
Ina finds that Rosie & Kirsten, again, have left pads & tampons thrown in the woods. She told Jesse & he didn’t know what to do. He tells the group it has been discussed before about discarding those things. *Ina said no one cleaned it up yet & she will check later. She said they just threw it deeper in the woods. Matt helps her clean it up. Ina presents the bag to the group & said it’s an insult to the group. She asked them to go get anything else that’s out there. Jesse said no one wants to be put on the spot & it’s over & done with & move on. *Ina feels they were glaring at her for speaking up.
They all paddle the 7 miles. They get into Fords & have to drive 20 miles north to their individual reward event. We see Todd & Jesse shake on their alliance. *Dustin said she chooses not to be in any politics cuz if she doesn’t want to play the game she’s out.
The individual reward starts with a repel 50 feet down sheer rock to an entrance of a cave. 1st Jesse has to pass out the carabiners & there is one short & that is the person he removes. He lets everyone go but Rosie, Kirsten & Todd. He then tells the girls he thinks they have done a good job & they can go ahead. He tells Todd he is removing him cuz yesterday he didn’t do his share of paddling. He hoped there were no hard feelings. *Todd said he paddled all the way & gave it all he had. We see video that proves otherwise. *Todd said he had an alliance with Jesse. He has had a problem with confidence & this was good for him except for the removal. *Rosie thinks if she didn’t have the alliance with Jesse she knows she wouldn’t still be there.
When everyone is down at the bottom they get to wave goodbye to Todd who is at the top. They have to put on orange jumpsuits for the next part where they have to go through the cave looking for 30 keys that are within 3 feet of glow sticks. 1 of the 30 keys will open a box at the end that holds the reward, 4 walkie talkies. They get 25 of the 30 keys.
Next Jesse has to choose 4 people to go through the cave to get to the box. It is really tough & 4 girls are chosen. Jill, Ina, Rosie & Kelly because they already had the keys. They had to crawl through the dark caves & some parts they had to lay on their stomachs & just inch their way along by pushing with their toes. (I SO could not do this. I could feel panic just watching it!) They also had to walk through freezing water. The rest of the group hike around the mountain to meet the girls.
They make it through & try the keys in the box. At first none of the keys work. Jesse tries again & one opens it so they get the reward. Jesse gives the 4 girls the walkie talkies. So now Ina has 1 of everything that has been rewarded so far.
They set up camp for the night. Jill & Dustin laugh that it’s on more rocks. The next morning some of the group stretch together. Matt jokes about them being good looking people & maybe hooking up. Rosie is a virgin & talks about not wanting the baggage of hooking up.
Rosie & Kirsten talk about apologizing to the group for the tampon incident cuz Jesse told them to. They say they never threw it deeper in the woods. They’re not sure if they should let it go cuz there will be a new leader but in the end they do talk to the group & apologize for any misunderstandings with the womanly thing & hope it didn’t cause any cracks in the group. *Stephanie said it was a good call cuz people were pissed they didn’t fess up.
They have to do their rankings. Kirsten & Rosie say they will put Jesse up as the highest guy but will still put girls before him. Matt puts Ina first. *He feels she has been very strong. Rosie picked Kirsten first & put Ina last. Kirsten put Jill first, then Rosie. She has Ina 3rd & Eli last. Jesse puts Kirsten first, then Rosie. He has Allen last. John has Jesse first & Allen last. *John said he will kiss up to whoever the next leader is & has done that in the past.
Troy tells them it’s a tie between Jill & Ina so they have to go with whoever has the highest cumulative ranking. Ina is the next leader. Ina tells them half will do tents & half food. *Ina doesn’t want to be leader now cuz the next removal is tough. *Kelly thinks no one resents Ina yet. *Rosie thinks Ina will do a good job & she will be removed next.
Next time they talk about Jesse having alliances with everyone. They have to do a reward that has to do with a lot of paddling & another one that they have to sail. Some people trust others & others trust no one.
