How does Kendra defend her nasty comments?

Harry first wanted to talk about Hawaii & having to get a flight to Chicago & that Kendra was smart enough to ask if this was the earliest flight. Kendra said she had no idea how crucial that earlier flight would be. Freddy thought Jon & Kris would be on that flight w/ them. Their flight was supposed to get in 35 minutes before Jon & Kris’ but theirs was late & Jon & Kris’ early so they only got in 7 minutes before them. Freddy said Kris & Jon are great people.
Harry laughed about the deep-dish pizza & that Kendra had such a hard time w/ it. She said you would think it was the easiest task. Freddy said they had been living on airplane crackers & power bars so it was hard to eat that much. Kendra thought it was trick pizza. She said the 1st 3 bites were good & then the pizza just expanded in her stomach.
Harry said along w/ the good, there were a lot of low-lights. He showed a clip of Kendra defining “ugly American”. She said it was not how we saw it. It was difficult for her to see people in poverty. It was heartbreaking for her & hard to take.
Harry said Freddy had his own low-light & showed when he freaked out about the gate. Harry said Hera got it worse than Freddy. Both Freddy & Kendra said no way. He got it worse. Freddy said he was embarrassed by the way he behaved.
During weather they had the Final 4 teams there. The weather guy said they are going to give Adam a haircut. & then he cut off the Hellboy Horns. Adam was wearing a shirt that said "Almost Rich". Then Adam got to throw it back to Hannah inside.
Harry had the Final 4 teams in the studio. They showed a clip of Aaron proposing to Hayden. Freddy & Kendra said they are getting married this spring. Jon & Kris had been dating long-distance & now live together in Scotsdale. Rebecca joked that she & Adam are engaged too. Harry said Rebecca was one of the most amazing player to ever play the game & that she carried Adam on her back. She said Adam hadn’t had a lot of experience. Adam said he learned he can do more than he thought & he jumped out of a plane. Harry & Rebecca both joked that he can’t scuba.
Harry talked about Hayden’s breakdown w/ the keys. Aaron said he was close to jumping off the mountain. Hayden said she was just so frustrated. It had been a really bad day & she wasn’t eating or sleeping. Harry said it looked like Hayden was on Aaron’s case a lot. She said she was. She won’t make an excuse & then said she doesn’t handle stress well. Then she laughed & said she just made an excuse. Aaron said they didn’t show how much fun they had too. He knows they only showed the stuff that made better TV but they did enjoy themselves too. He said he almost threw his pack off the mountain & now thinks he should have cuz it would have made great TV. They were going to get married in December but Aaron is going to Culinary School & that is really demanding so they will have a long engagement & get married this December.
Harry pointed out that Jon & Kris won 4 legs. He called them the Karma Kings that enjoyed everything. Jon said they really just enjoyed themselves during each competition. Kris just couldn’t believe they were there. Harry told them they were the most enjoyable to watch. They were upset that they had asked the guy if that was the earliest flight to Chicago & he said yes when it wasn’t.
Phil came out & congratulated all of them for being the best of the best. He said Jon & Kris were the kissiest couple they have had. He said Rebecca was the most competitive & when she was 17 she could bench 135.
Phil said it was a fair race & Kendra & Freddy were fierce competitors & he gave them their big fake check for a million bucks. He joked that they can cash it anywhere. He thanked them for making great television & being great entertainment.
The next season begins in 3 weeks & Romber will be a team. Phil said it is the most exciting series & Romber are tremendous competitors who came to them to be on the show. Phil said that he travels a lot & when they approached him & said they wanted to be on the show he was probably the only one in the world who didn’t know who they were. They are casting for another season which will be families of 4 as the teams instead of teams of 2.
