Another bunch of kids who don't listen.

The family has 3 kids that do not listen to their Mom at all. Mom screams at them so they now yell at her. The youngest daughter [3] is not potty trained & refuses to go on the potty. The son cusses.
Dad is at work most of the time so Mom has to deal with it on her own. She will use the whole “wait till your father comes home” bit & call her husband to tell him when the kids misbehave.
Nanny Deb was chosen for this family. Nanny sees right away that Mom is a nag. The son [Tyler] told his Mom that she doesn’t care about him & never listens to him.
Mom tries to get the youngest to go on the potty but she doesn’t go. Mom sits their the while time nagging.
Nanny sees that the daughters get more attention than Tyler. He hits his sisters.
The oldest girl [Dana] will lock herself in the bathroom when she is mad.
As soon as Dad comes home Mom tells Dad to handle the kids.
Nanny tells the parents the children don’t have any respect for their parents & they have no control over their kids. Nanny put all the blame on Mom for why her kids are the way they are. Mom teared up over this revelation.
Nanny’s plan told them they have to respect each other & there would not be any nagging. Negative behavior would get negative consequence & good behavior would get good. They would put a marble in a jar when they do something good & when the do something bad, one will come out. There will be a timer that gives them one minute to state their point. The youngest will not wear a diaper & instead will wear “nanny panties”.
The next day Nanny took over. She took the doorknob off the bathroom so the oldest girl can’t lock herself in. The youngest said she wants a marble in her jar so Nanny said then take off your diaper & try to go on the potty. She tried but couldn’t go but she got a marble. Nanny said if she goes pee pee on the potty Nanny will do the pee pee dance.
Nanny wants Tyler to talk about his feelings w/ his Dad. Tyler told Dad that sometimes he doesn’t listen & he just leaves. Dad said he has to go to work. Tyler cried & said he can’t talk to him now. Dad apologized to Tyler & said you have to tell me when something bothers you or else Dad won’t know. He asked Tyler to tell him when he thinks Dad isn’t listening to him so he knows.
Turns out, Mom is a stage Mom. She takes the kids on a casting call. Nanny said Mom is always complaining to the kids about how much she has to do for their auditions but Mom is at fault. Mom said before she had kids she was in the business. Nanny thinks Mom is living her dreams through her kids.
Mom thinks the kids are excited doing auditions. Mom was upset cuz she didn’t think the kids performed well. When they get home, the oldest daughter decorated her room to try to please her Mom. She called her Mom to see & was just a total b!tch about it. Nanny said Mom has unreasonable demands for the kids. Mom continued to yell & nag at her kids.
The next day the girls got up & watched TV w/out permission so Dad said they would lose a marble. Dana pitched a fit. Mom said this would be a good time for the timer. Nanny was happy that Mom used the timer but she was talking to her from across the room & that isn’t right.
Nanny went to Dana & calmly talked to her. Nanny acknowledged why she felt that way & thought it was wrong for her to lose a marble cuz she forgot she couldn’t watch TV. Mom thought it was weird that a stranger could reach her kid when she couldn’t. Nanny said the family has to learn how to listen to each other. She tells Mom she has to tell Dana that she understands why she is upset. Mom said she did. Nanny said from across the room. Mom said she got the feeling from Dana that Dana didn’t want her near her. Nanny said the kids try to be perfect cuz of Mom. Mom doesn’t think that is fair.
Nanny said the gloves are off. Nanny said all Mom did was nag yesterday & was constantly negative. Mom was shocked to get attacked & said she doesn’t think she was the only one doing things wrong. Nanny said all she heard Mom say is do it & you’re not doing it right. Mom cried as Nanny talked to her. Nanny said the kids did not get praised once. Mom said she does say thank you. Nanny brought up Dana decorating her room & Mom asking right away when was it coming down. Mom denied she said the things she did. Nanny said she is a good mother & loves her kids but her oldest kids are afraid of her. Nanny said Mom is trying to give her kids the perfect life & in doing that she is making them unhappy. Nanny said Mom needs to change.
Mom said her biggest fear was the finger would be pointed at her but she knows it is true. Mom played chess with Dana & they had fun. Mom was doing better & better each day. She was dealing w/ the kids better & Dad would come home to a happy house.
The youngest finally went poop on the potty. Nanny did the poo poo dance & the whole family joined in.
Nanny put the doorknobs back on. Mom loved the marble jar cuz she gets more help around the house now.
Time for Nanny to say goodbye. She told the family how proud she is of them. She choked up when she said she will miss them very much. Nanny said the person who has changed the most was Mom. She said Mom was now close to perfect.
Nanny rewarded the family with a trip to Lake Tahoe.
I believe that was the season finale & I don’t know if it will be back or not. They do have a casting call out so I would guess it will.
