The first one booted from 'Survivor: Pearl Islands' gives her opinion on Tijuana's behavior in the village.

MF: How much did that dress cost that you had to jump into the ocean in?

NICOLE: I bought it at the GAP especially for the show. Oh well. I think it was about $48.

MF: Did your tribe find out that Rupert was stealing, or in his words, “pillaging” you?

NICOLE: I had no idea and didn't find out where my shoes went until I watched it on TV.

MF: How did the naked guys of Drake Tribe look?

NICOLE: You mean Morgan tribe? We only saw the Morgan guys naked and it looked silly and didn't make much sense.

MF: What did Tijuana do to make you decide she should be the one to go?

NICOLE: Tijuana was annoying me by faking a "nice girl" personality. I saw how she acted in the village with the local people and was disgusted by it. You don't go in to another country and demand things or yell at the locals. You should respect them and be grateful that they are allowing you to be in their home (town). They were trying to help us and she tried to bridge the language barrier by yelling louder and louder--they weren't deaf, they spoke Spanish. This type of behavior is one of my major pet peeves and makes us all look bad as Americans. That is the primary thing that targeted her as the one I thought should go. I knew it was a matter of time before I broke down and told her what I thought of her and I saw that as a threat.

MF: Are you mad at Lillian for ratting you out?

NICOLE: I'm not mad at anyone. It was a game and she played better than I did by outlasting me. I got an amazing 6 week paid vacation in Panama-- I have nothing to be upset about.

MF: What do you think is one thing you guys didn’t get at the village that would have made life out there easier?

NICOLE: I wish we had gotten something soft to lay on. The lack of sleep was the hardest thing to deal with for everyone I think.

MF: What happened with Tijuana & the woman in the village? Was the woman trying to rob her or was Tijuana trying to get something for nothing?

NICOLE: I think it was neither, but was a minor misunderstanding that errupted into a majorly embarassing scene. It looked like typical ignorant American tourist behavior and I felt really bad for the people she was screaming at. How would you feel if a Panamanian person came into your home or store and acted like that? It was inappropriate and never should have happened. The locals were very kind and generous and were never trying to rob us.

MF: How did you feel about Andrew being named the leader? Was he a good leader?

NICOLE: I think Andrew did a great job of being a leader. He is a natural born politician and very diplomatic.

MF: Did you think Ryan S. wasn’t pulling his weight?

NICOLE: I personally never saw that and felt really bad for him. I think the guys singled him out at the beginning because he wasn't strutting around like some macho man. He tried hard and never stopped working as far as I saw.

MF: What advice would you give future Survivors?

NICOLE: I wish I would have watched previous seasons and studied a little more carefully. Had I seen the show, I would not have made the crucial mistake of trying to form alliances too early on.
