Hello again, and welcome to a mini-recap of the last week and a half of Paradise Hotel. Let me start off by apologizing again for not covering the last three episodes. I was taking an 8-day course, and was away from my good computer at work. My computer at home is about 11 years old, and does me no good for anything except checking mail, and even that is a waste of time anymore, since it's mostly junk! But that's not important right now. What's important is getting you all caught up on the recent events that have been happening at the hotel!
In the last couple weeks, the guests survived the arrival of the evicted guests, and Melanie (from the first week) and Beau were voted back on. At the next elimination ceremony, Melanie, who had been unsuccessful at breaking up Holly and Scott, though she didn’t try that hard, chose to go to Dave rather than stir up tension, and Dave chose Charla, sending Melanie home once again.
But wait- Melanie would not be the only one leaving. Earlier in the week, they were all required to write down their two allies, and one rival. Melanie was forced to choose an ally to send home with her. As she was pondering her decision between Desiree and Amy, Desiree stepped forward and offered to leave. (Pretty brave, since she was going already-- way to save face!) This left Amy with Beau, Scott with Holly, Dave with Charla, Keith with Tara, and Tom by himself, leaving him the vulnerable outsider, and the obvious choice for next one eliminated.
But, again, Tom was not the only one to go. Amanda asked him who he thought should go home, and he chose Dave, inadvertently giving Dave the power to select the next evicted guest. Dave once again sends Beau home, leaving Amy to room by herself.
And this brings us up to date, to last night's two-hour episode, which will be posted shortly! Stay tuned...
