Last week on The Family, Anthony got all caught up in his panties when mama chosed papa over him.

And going against the prennial favorite, Mike, Anthony was eliminated. Two eliminations before when mama protected him against cousin Maria, Anthony was also going all drama queen about mama showing favoritism. So Anthony is out of the loop for the money and he is pissed. So now he joins Rob, Melinda, Maria and Aunt Donna. And still in contention are Uncle Mike, Jill, Ed, Mike and Dawn Marie.
So we continue this week with Anthony asking his mother is it was him and Mike still on the boat and they plan to shoot them, would she regret her decision then. This question isn't making sense, that she would regret that they would kill him because she didn't protect him but would be okay with the father and Mike dying. Since if Anthony was saved, the father wouldn't be along with Mike. Anthony the brat that he is, won't let it go. Aunt Donna isn't bothered by how his son reacts. Anthony doesn't know what the BOT are looking for and is surprised he is still not in a game.
Ringo the social secreatry is happy to get Anthony before them. Jill the stylist didn't think Anthony was sincere or genuine especially compare to Mike who is so endearing.
Mike likes to be himself and don't plan to pretend to be someone else. He is happy that three times he has been saved and he is telling Rob he is confident right now. Mike knows that if he ever gets eliminated and it was up to the family to get back in the game, it will never happen. Rob who earlier wanted Mike gone and actually competed with Mike before BOT and got eliminated now is totally agreeing with Mike. And Rob even feels that if he gets a chance to put someone for nomination he would choose Ed and Uncle Mike. They both haven't been nominated at all.
Surprised guests as DawnMarie puts it, "zorro and junior zorro" are there to teach them the art of fencing. They are fooling around while putting their outfits, it looks like a strap jacket which may suit this family just well. Anthony thought the girls looked like btwn marshmallow men, Michelin men and crash-test dummies. Marshmallow men?
So now they begin, they get to do a little fence dance, advance-retreat, they are ready to fight. Pick a partner. Uncle Michael VS Rob, Anthony VS Cousin Ed, Melinda VS Dawn Marie although DM wants to go against Anthony to wipe the smirk off his face. Yeah we all want to do that too. Mike said that he and Aunt Donna were the only one left so they spar against each other, so Maria and Jill must have gone against each other. Mike thought it might be fun but he realized Aunt Donna doesn't like him so he may actually get really hurt. Aunt Donna started really agressive and got several points against Mike but in the end Mike prevail. Andrew the Butler noted that Aunt Donna doesn't like to loose.
Next fantasy challenge. We see George drive in with a 2003 Maserati Spyder sports car, the winner of the next challenge will get to drive the car on a one-year lease also the winner will get to go to Italy for 5 days and partcipate in a racing competition. So everyone wants to win. There are 5 teams of twos. One will be the driver, and the other co-pilot but the driver will be blindfolded.
Anthony thought well this will easy. They have to go through this maze following the numbered flags and if you knock down a flag, you get a 20 second penalty. So first up are Ed the driver, Melinda the co-pilot. They did okay but knock down three flags and a border. They did it in 2:38
Now Maria the driver and Jill. Jill doesn't want to knock any flags down so she is telling Maria to go slow and in fact they stop just stop at one point. I think Jill forgot that this is a timed race. They completed it in 7:36.
Our third pair were Mike, the driver and Dawn Marie. Even before they began you could tell this would a disaster. Mike is driving and suddenly she said turn left but she actually meant right. They were in a box, where didn't had to reverse and come out and Dawn didn't know what to do and just sat there thinking left or right and when it was completed, out ever clueless Dawn didn't realized it was a timed event. Maybe she was competing with Jill/Maria thinking who can do the longest. They had 5:17.
Now it is Uncle Mike the driver and Rob's turn. Uncle Mike feels he is by far the best driver. Rob did a decent job of giving a direct and they didn't knock any flags down.
Next are Aunt Donna the driver and Anthony. Aunt Donna is confident because she drives a school bus and teach it too, so I guess that makes her authority on driving golf carts too. Aunt Donna is driving as if she in an ambulance trying to save someone. Anthony said right, she just turn oh so slightly to the right and went straight through the fences. Then Anthony tells his mother this way by pointing his finger. i guess he must think his mother who is blindfolded is Daredevil and can listen to his finger moving. It is like watching a train wrecked except this is flag fall. Anthony told mother to slow down but too late, she knock more fences. Aunt Donna thinks the driver isn't at fault because she can't see. George laughing said he is bailing if she is coming after his podium. As soon as he said that, mother and son are going through gate 9 then going after gate 10 and straight towards George. It was hilarious. The left quite a wake behind them, most of the fences are down, flags are gone.
Linda the housekeeper said two of them together, there isn't one good jerk. So in the end uncle Mike and Rob won the prizes with 2 minutes and 46 seconds though there is a catch only one of them can get the car. There are two key and the blindfolded driver gets to choose the key first. Uncle Mike's key didn't turn so Rob got the one year lease on the Maserati. Rob is happy but he hopes that him winning a lot of prizes won't affect him getting back in the game.
Melinda being a sore loser claimed that had they not received penalties, they would have won. Ia m not an Uncle Mike defender but they did won it fair and square. Had Ed and Melinda watch where they were going, they might have gone a little slower as to not knock the flag. Uncle Mike though responded to Melinda by telling her to shut eff up. Which I thought was uncall for but with this family, they should be used to it by now. At dinner Melinda told Aunt Donna she was really hurt and just won't let go. She is now upset that Aunt Donna is taking the husband's side and now Rob is all upset they are making a big deal and want them to shut up. Melinda has gone all psycho and shouting. Ringo thinks they are being crass by shouting during dinner. Now their voices have travelled to the main dining room, Andrew comes and tell the losers that the family wants them to lower their voices which the family should know by now just upset the losers even more. Uncle Mike thinks it is too bad she feels that way because he said shut the eff up in an affectionate loving way and if she has a problem with it, that is her problem. Uncle Mike said later that he will apologize although Aunt Donna told him, he shouldn't feel obliged to do so. He did say he was sorry and gave her a kiss on the forehead. Later Rob tackled Melinda to just tease her about what happened and Uncle Mike said again, "shut the eff up" but this time in jest of what happened. Melinda didn't take that too kindly.
Andrew thinks the family is afraid of Uncle Mike. Rob feels that if nothing is to be done, Uncle Mike will walk out with the million dollars in his hand. Rob told Mike that Jill and Mike are together, Ed and Uncle Mike are together and Dawn Marie is the X-factor. Rob is thinking of how to get back in the game but has no idea how it will happen.
For this elimination game, there are 5 briefcases divided btwn them totalled $10,000 in them. The eliminated member will persuade each one of them to give the briefcase to them. The eliminated member with the most money will get to keep the money and the power to select two people to go before SBOT. Who you choose is up to you.
Uncle Mike goes first, so Anthony and Aunt Donna are vying for his money. Rob only managed that he lets Uncle Mike to drive his car. Maria and Melinda don't even try to persuade him. Uncle Mike felt the only one who begged for the money was Anthony. Then they had to write down who they want their money on a piece of paper.
Ed is asking who wants his money. Everyone is begging for his money, Maria the most. Ed goes.
Mike's turn. Again everyone is trying, I noticed only Melinda doesn't try with anyone. Rob pleaded for Mike to make the right decision. Maria gave a last plea to Mike that only she has his back out of all the people there.
Dawn Marie's turn. Rob told her he loves her and stick up for her and has her back. Anthony follows Rob's word. Aunt Donna said she raised her... DM said ciao.
Jill's turn... again the begging and Jill ask what you Rob, he said "you are my best friend." Everyone said aww. Jill said whoever she picks better share this with her.
So now the family members have to placed the bag in front of the eliminated member you want to have the money and power. Uncle Mike chosed Anthony. Ed chosed Aunt Donna, Maria was upset he didn't choose her. Mike gave it to Maria seeing she was the only one who didn't want to see him gone. Mike isn't too sure about trusting Rob entirely. I always thought Mike was smart. Dawn Marie selected Rob and Jill chosed Robert too. Jill felt she would be secure by choosing Rob. Anthony's case had no money. Aunt Donna's has $2,100. Maria's has $2,400. Rob's both suitcase total to $5,500.
So Rob gets to decide. Rob original decided to choose Ed and Uncle Mike but he choked and chosed Ed and.... Jill. Jill is surprised and wants Rob to explain fast. Jill the stylist was angry that Rob sent his best friend. Rob's reasoning is that he has been working two sides and doesn't want Uncle Mike in the kitchen yet to counteract what he has been doing. Jill said but you told me you were going to put them up 10000 times. Rob said well he is taking the risk because Jill went up already and didn't leave. Well there is always Dawn Marie too. Rob claimed he is willing to sacrifice Jill for the greater prize. Hmm... really Rob. Jill felt betrayed since she trusted Rob. Aunt Donna thinks Jill has no reason to get upset everytime someone puts her up. Dawn Marie said she is shocked and it will cost him. Uncle Mike doesn't know what this strategy is and is very suspicious of Rob. He saved you, I guess that is suspicious. Ed doesn't know what to think because Jill survived elimination before. Rob claimed he didn't want to win and be the bad guy and told Jill to trust him. Oh that golden word. Rob must think he has a pull with the SBOT.
So SBOT meeting. They think Jill isn't really in the game, she misses a lot of thinks and always late. Jill the stylist defended her but she is careful. They think she is treating this more as a vacation than a game. Jill is again defending her name sake saying that Jill never complain once. They feel Ed has more of a fighting spirit. Ed is always there where he suppose to be and up and moving around. Now Ringo revealed that Ed has asked him how to best address the staff in order to garner their thanks and their respect. Ringo thinks that Ed is an intelligent man who really wants to win the million dollars. They agree it has to go to a gut decision.
So who will go... we get a commercial.
Now all the family is back in the crest room. Jill wants to stay. Ed thinks that Jill and him are at the same level playing field. George has return and asked Jill that she gave Rob her briefcase and still got nominated and thought she was safe. Ed said he will trust the SBOT decision and live with it.
So the 6th family member to be eliminated is JILL. So Jill gives away her family crest. With that George leaves. Jill is upset about the decision. Uncle Mike was happy that Ed survived and felt he and Ed were similar so he may past through like Ed did. Ed has no idea why the SBOT pick him over Jill. Rob said he never promised Jill not to put her up.
Next week another family member will be eliminated.
