The show is live from New York City. It opens with a new black & white bumper of the 5 finalists. Jim Ross introduces the hosts; Johnathong Coatman & Ivory. The fans were able to make the next cut. Over 500,000 votes were made. We see clips of the people who didn't make it on the show, the ones who quit & the ones who were cut. Chris "Harvard" is in the audience. Justin (the last one cut) is also there. Al Snow takes the stage. He tells the finalists to not forget their dream can still live if they are cut. It'll just be a longer journey. Al does the usual & walks up & down the line. He tells Matt to sit down. Then Jonah can sit down. John sit down. He stands in front of Eric but tells Jamie she is cut. Big escorts her backstage to her waiting parents. Ivory agreed with the cut. She said Jamie wasn't ready yet but hopes to see her in the ring one day.

We see more clips of the season. Josh Mathews of the last season (the short guy) interivewed Jamie. She said she'll continue. Cut to clips of the finalists. Al & Bill say John really wants it. Ivory said he's a natural & good at flips. Big said Matt is technically sound. Ivory said he's humble & picks things up quickly. He is a good listener. Al said he has charisma, sense of humor & heart. He's a potential WWE superstar. Ivory said she loved to watch Jonah. Bill loves him, he's himself & has charater & charisma. Al said he has a good build, talent & can become his dream. Bill said Eric is physical. Ivory said he's well suited, has a strong body & is the camraderie of the group. Al said he's very intense in the ring, has talent & charisma.

Kelly & Scott from TE3 are there. Nidia, winner of TE1 announces the first winner - JOHN!!! He thanked the trainers, Big, his family & said he will make the most of it & take it as far as he can.

We see various clips of contestants &/or trainers goofing off. People getting hit in the balls, pranks, etc. A montage of all the times the word "dude" was used. The count got up to 29.

The other winner from TE1 announced the last winner. First he thanked the trainers cuz couldn't do it without them. Then he announces MATT as the final winner of Tough Enough III. Matt said all things are possible through Christ & you can make it if you have faith. He thanks the trainers, competitors, family, friends, fans, grandfather & Joe.

Al asked Jonah if he will let this stop him. Jonah congratulates the winners & said he loves them. He said the 6 months were emotional & the best. We will see him in the ring in the future cuz nothing will stop him.

Josh asked the same of Eric. Eric said he is pissed & it sucks not to win. It is not over for him either but wants to congratulate John & Matt.
